1. Booking Requirements

   • Accommodations are for personal connections only. Business inquiries are not accepted

   • Reservations require a minimum of 3 nights

   • A stay of 7 nights or longer is required for all bookings that include villa stays with sailing adventures

   • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of reservation

   • Day-use unavailable. We provide exceptional service by offering only overnight stays

   • A €500 cash security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned in full at check-out, provided there are no damages or incidentals

2. Payment Policy

   • Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations. Payments are non-refundable

3. Inclusions​

   • A rich, fully stocked daily breakfast with both American-style and Continental selections. Fresh, plentiful and perfect whether you're easing into the morning or recovering from a late, social! night

   • A full welcome bar on arrival with a selection of quality drinks

   • Complimentary use of a private car for your own transportation throughout your stay

   • Concierge service for local tips and experiences to discreet support for a carefree, comfortable stay

   • For guests staying a full week or longer: a sunset catamaran erotic sail subject to availability and weather conditions. A special highlight we love to share when the sea allows

4. Transfers

   • Private transfers from the airport or port to the villa are included in your booking

5. Guest Requirements

   • Our villas and sailing experiences are designed for straight adults only

   • Guests must respect the privacy of others and adhere to the villa and sailing policies

6. Cancellation Policy

   • All bookings are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, no refunds will be provided

7. Travel Insurance

   • We recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans

8. Liability

   • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the stay or sailing experiences

9. Behavioural Expectations

   • All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay. Any disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund
