Ensuring that every visitor has a flawless, cozy, and excellent experience.
To ensure a seamless, luxurious, and comfortable experience for all our couples, we ask that residents respect the following guidelines.
Our goal is to maintain a sanctuary of freedom, privacy, and mutual respect.
THE GOLDEN RULE: DISCRETION & PRIVACY
Absolute No Photo/Video Policy: To protect the identity and privacy of all our guests, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in all communal areas (pool, lounge, dining areas, and catamaran deck). Social Media: Please do not "tag" the specific location or other guests on social media during your stay.
Confidentiality: What happens at the villa stays at the villa. We expect our guests to respect the professional and personal lives of their fellow travelers.
CONSENT & SOCIAL ETIQUETTE
"No" Means "No": Our community is built on enthusiastic consent. A "No" (or a lack of a clear "Yes") must be respected immediately and without question. The "Vibe": We are a judgment-free environment. Whether you choose to be highly social or prefer to remain a private observer, your choice is respected. House Chemistry: Please be mindful of the group dynamic. We encourage kindness, open-mindedness, and sophisticated behavior.
USE OF SHARED SPACES
Nudity: Nudity is welcomed and encouraged indoors, in and around the pool and designated private sunbathing areas. Communal Areas: Please use towels when sitting on communal furniture or catamaran cushions. Sexual Activity: While we celebrate freedom, we ask that sexual activity remains within the privacy of your own suite/cabin or in designated "play" areas (if applicable to your specific villa).
SAFETY & SECURITY
No Outside Guests: To maintain our vetted environment, only registered guests are permitted on the property or the catamaran. No outside visitors are allowed at any time. Staff Respect: Our team (Hannah, Marios, and our crew) is here to ensure your comfort. Please treat them with the same respect you show your fellow guests. Drugs & Illegal Activity: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
VILLA & CATAMARAN CARE
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided. Waste: For our villas and especially on the catamaran, please follow the specific instructions regarding what can be flushed in the toilets (Greek plumbing is delicate!).
AGREEMENT
By entering an OpenMind property, you agree to abide by these rules. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave immediately, without refund, if their behavior compromises the safety, privacy, or comfort of the group.
